Most of the MNC are recruiting the new resources through Employee referrals program, Due to this most of the fresher(s)/experienced resources are not getting the Interview calls from well established companies.

Most of the good resources also not getting interview calls in MNC’s, due to lack of the communication gap

Here I observed that most of the MNC are looking for Good Resources after the Recession Effect.

Most of my Friends / colleagues are well settled in IT industry, few days before we had long discussion, finally we decide that, why don’t we take initiative and Project the Good Resources in IT industry through Employee referrals program.
