From my experience - all I can say is the biggest pain comes from misunderstanding and ego in one self and in relationships with another. This could encompass anything from lifestyle, career, job, home, love, marriage, kids, family, friend, money, health etc.
Parasitic dependency on thoughts/ideas/things/people/relationship must inevitably create various forms of fear, of self-enclosure, possessiveness, jealousy, qnd so on..
may be - by sharing the pain and grief - many feel lighter but the bottom line is -
Personal happiness and sharing it if possible in harmony with a mutually understanding person. Who knows - who may find whom? as life passes by.
