- per system (non refundable) towards the software license and the work is allotted for a
period of 12 months.

Per agent Work Load= 100 to 150 forms per day
Per form= 7/- Rupees
Working Days= 26 Days per month
Average Mini billing per seat per month= 27,300/-
Monthly billing on 20 system= 5, 46,000/-
Maximum Expense per seat= 7,800/-
Net profit per seat= 19,500/-
No manual work and we have to do QC work for correcting the file which gives error in yellow
after running the file in QC software.
Skill set required for the process = Normal agents with data entry skills.
Statement of work
1. Form will be given in TIF Image format. Client provide to the center quality parameter
software.
2.Software given by the client (Abby Find Reader) will read the Text in the Images and we
have to convert it as CSV file.
3.For Quality Check, The CSV file has to be checked for errors by using QC software
provided by the client.
QC software will identify the errors in yellow and agents should do the correction on the
4.errors by matching the original TIF Image form and convert in to CSV in to excel.
5.Before uploading the file to the client you can check your quality report in quality
parameter software, then if have error aging u can rectify the error, then you can summit
the file to client on 100% Accuracy.
In SLA time client charges with center Rs. 3000/- (non refundable) per system for
6.software license and Rs. 5,000/- per system for the work is allotted for a period of
12 months and document fee, and rest business pressing fee 2500/- per system
we are charging in 1st month billing and 5% on monthly billing till agreement.
7.Project signup with direct client MNC Company.
Client provide the data on according to 20 systems , but center can work less than 20
8.systems Total charge = Rs. 10,500/- per system, and Rs. 8,000/- per system on SLA time & Rs. 2,500/-
per system in 1st billing, 5% on monthly billing till agreement.
