Leadership is considered as the most important parameter in the Management Language. The success of an organization depends on the ability of the person who leads it. Leadership qualities are nurtured over a period by Hard Work. Some are born leaders as we see in the day to day life- Be it in the political field or in the business environment. However it is said that Leaders are made, not born. The leadership qualities are acquired by practice through generations by following successful people or through family hierarchy. One can earn respect; esteem and support of the people and can enjoy greater sense of control and personal power in ones life by acquiring good leadership qualities. Some of the Leadership qualities are:
Integrity- Honesty, Reliability and Truthfulness
Commitment to the Task and strive continual improvement-ability to foresee the problems
Good Decision making capability- and acting boldly in case of failure. Capability to face criticism
Ability to influence people.
A vision for future and the desire to fulfill- Goal setting to achieve
Optimistic- ability to find something worthwhile through a positive mental attitude
Ability to recognize the requirements of the team and acting positively
Ability to Motivate the Team and obtaining their willing support to achieve the targets

good you 've explained the word Leadership but it will be nice if you can highlight negatives also . so that people can get exposure specially who are beginners in this field and will stand strong . and also give information on other branches of Leadership , so that a Leader can know his /her weakness and their strong points and will improve themselves to serve in efficient way where ever they are :)
