Active Blogs | Popular Blogs | Recent Blogs HELLO FRIENDS , WELCOME TO NAKSHATRA'S BLOG MANASULO MAATA--28 july 2009-hyderabad. i was very upset about the violence women are facing across the globe.i would very much want to share my feelings with all the women who visit my blog.we women form half of the worlds population-which duly means we hold up half the sky.but are we even recognised in this society?we first grow up in our fathers shadow and then we are under the shadows of our dominating husbands and finally at a later stage under the control of our sons-what an irony ? these men in our lives may not be deserving enough to be followed but we have no other go.they may be chauvinists,demanding and unreasonably saddistic.the women who are bold enough to come out of their shadow are looked upon as headstrong and their life becomes scandalous.but what is disturbing even more than all this is even young girls who are just in their early teens are falling a prey to hungry men under the guise of love.alas,love too is being misused.the acid attacks on women are very disturbing to see.is there nothing we can do?don't we have the benefit of enjoying the fundamental right" to live and let live "? every woman is equally responsible.so let us all come together and chalk out some good ideas to make this world a better place for ourselves and the generations to come.all the women should feel the pain as their own and work towards a more peaceful and safe place. we will meet more often and work towards our goal.thankyou.Itlu mee Nakshatra.

i dont agree with you at all . these days every thing is getting ruled by women .
At home as wives, they are very bold and strong in taking desicions .
show me one single home where wife is not active in giving suggestions & taking wise decisions along with her hubby .
Ika pote as a daughter , she's right hand to her parents . ayyina you can see Ms.Pratibha Patil , Sonia Gandhi Mayavathi etc in Central , ika State lo Smt.Sabitha Reddy , Daggubati Purandeswari , Roja , Jayapradha etc all are really doing a very good job .
even in Private sectors women are really given high priorities.
I think it depends on us how we ake the opputunity and mould it and use it for society .
Infact , these days all fathers , husbands , brothers are really giving a lovely shoulder to their female family members . andwe should really thank all of them who are mature and standing as a strong support to us .
Anyway these are my views .
I myself is a Finace Director and i reached to this position with only lovely support of my husband and ofcourse even iam thankful to my Boss who's is not an Indian .
so , i only can tell , be a girl / women of Intigrity , Blessings & Luck will follow you :)
