After this point your order is, however, you must wait for the confirmation email from us before providing us or send us your computer (working under 24 hours). This mail will contain your order number in case of recovery at home in addition to the email we will contact you to arrange an appointment.
If the command is rejected at this stage, we will explain the reason (eg too old now unobtainable parts asking) and absolutely nothing will be charged or debited.
2 - RECOVERY OR SHIPMENT OF YOUR COMPUTER:
The order is confirmed, if you chose a removal from home we will contact you at the same time to make an appointment (Support to Paris in 2 hours and RP 48H for the rest of France) That bring us or mail us * your computer.
* (Although careful follow our guidelines for packaging which will be given to avoid any problems during transport.)
You can view a list of addresses currently available for deposits (it will be recalled after the checkout)
Upon receipt of your computer in our office you will receive a confirmation email, then an estimate will be offered generally by telephone 48 hours (working) later, this period may vary depending on the complexity of the diagnosis to be made.
3 - PROPOSAL FOR A QUOTE, REPAIR AND PAYMENT:
Depending on the nature of the repair and your agreement with the payment thereof will be offered as part of a package (immediate registration of the payment), or to do after completion of repairs.
In no event will you be charged for repairs before the laptop has been shipped back or returned to you at one of our depots.
If no solution that satisfies you is found the laptop will be sent back by mode of transportation you choose at no extra charge.
You will be notified by mail or telephone of each significant step of repair cycle and can follow through our site intermediate steps.
4 - RECOVERY AFTER REPAIR YOUR LAPTOP:
Once your computer is repaired we will reship the next mode of transport you choose.
You can always contact us to change the mode of transport back (before shipping of course).
