SRI ARLAGADDA VASU CHARITABLE TRUST (Regd. No. 76 of BK IV/2009) THIS DEED OF TRUST EXECUTED at Kadapa on this 23rd Day of July, 2009 by A. Srinivasulu S/o A.C. Venkateswarlu, aged about 41 years residing at D.No. 2/221, Maruthi Nagar, Kadapa 516 001, Andhra Pradesh, India. hereinafter called Author / Founder Chairman of the Trust. WHEREAS the above Founder Chairman is desire to do service to the poor by Establishing / Creating a Charitable Trust hereinafter called the SRI ARLAGADDA VASU CHARITABLE TRUST for the principal purpose to provide Education and Free medical assistance and also to establish and maintain old age home and render / help and assistance for providing livelihood and upliftment of poor, old aged or disabled persons who are neglected and discarded by their families and leading miserable lives.. AIMS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE TRUST: Our mission is to help those who cannot help themselves. To provide scholarships for education to the poor and the needy Students or provide assistance to the institutions to serve the needy. To provide for the care and assistance to the elderly, poor and needy, abused and neglected women and children. To provide shelter, food, health and other aspects those who are neglected and discarded by their families and lending miserable lives. To establish and run Old Age Homes, Orphanage Homes, Physically and Mentally Retorted Centers who are neglected and discarded by their families and lending miserable lives and also to take special care for the Old Age people, disabled, destitute for their better survival by provide shelter, food, health and other aspects those who are neglected and discarded by their families and leading miserable lives. To acquire Land from the Government or any other private donors for the construction of Old Age Home. To establish and run the Educational Institutions in Academic as well Professional Colleges, Model Schools, Residential Schools, Hostels for Boys and Girls, Child Labour and Street children Rehabilitation Schools, R.B.Cs to the health related deceases family children for their better education and bright future. To take up Sponsorship to the deceased family children by providing scholarships for poor and needy students or provide assistance and material who enable to continue for their better education. To provide financial assistance and render services those who are living in a miserable life and sue site families children who are not in a position to maintain their families with the assistance of Government and Abroad Agencies and also from Philanthropists through this Trust. To arrange free periodical medical and health checkups and to facilitate medical aid to the needy people and also organize the Emergency Health Transportation services in the area. To create, sustain, endure and enhance the Health Conditions, circumstances and situation for the people living both in rural and urban areas by establishing Dispensaries, Hospitals, Pharmacies and mobile ambulance facilities without any discrimination.. To introduce job oriented courses particularly for the benefit of youth who are jobless so that they can have self-reliance and command respect among themselves. To gave shade to the community at the time of Natural calamities like Accidents, Tsunami, Earth Quake, Floods and Fire by arranging Blood Donation camps as well as requirements to the victims. To run Balwadies Crches, and Nutrition Crches for taking care of the children of working women. To form Self Help Groups, Thrift and Credit unions and to receive loans from Rastriya Mahila Kosh (RMK), New Delhi and other Govt., Private and Abroad Agencies for the benefit of the rural poor people. To encourage and take up development projects like Agricultural Horticulture, Sericulture, Wasteland Development Projects, Environmental and Ecological balances, Tree Plantation, Herbal Development in the Area. To provide minimum facilities to the poor families by way of construction of Pucca Building, Drinking Water Facilities, Sanitation etc., and to do everything to achieve the above objects..
