It means the stations have been already classified in terms of their importance. Probably those stations which are connected to metro cities might be in the list. But what about the other stations whom they think to leave as it is.
May be I am taking it negatively rather thinking that it might be a start from Indian Railways to make stations neat & clean dividing it into segments. But if its the way I am thinking I hope that's a great initiative from the officials. Usually platforms & stations are cleaned when there would be any kind of official inspection of bollywood shooting.
