If Nokia put big, very big on Windows Phone for several months, do not forget a few other manufacturers that also offer some devices running Windows Phone 8. This is the case of HTC, for whom 8S is the entry level in the field.
For a price located at around 250 €, so you can offer a device in Windows Phone 8, with a 4-inch screen displaying a definition of 480x800, with reduced dimensions: 120.5 x 63 x 10.3 mm, to 113 g. As mentioned above, the 8S is a compact and lightweight smartphone that fits perfectly in any hand. We will not beat around the bush, its design and handling are certainly his biggest strengths. Both flat with nice curves on the hull rear, it also obtains a matte coating plastic that will not slip and is very soft. Impossible to remove the hull aft, by cons, and must go through a fairly intuitive handling to install the SIM card and micro Dell XPS M2010 , which is to force the lower part of the hull.

Screen and autonomy hair
The screen 8S is itself of very good quality. Its 4-inch slab uses Super LCD technology, well known HTC devices since 2011. Result: the brightness and contrast ratio are excellent and stick perfectly to the colorful interface of Windows Phone. The first generation Gorilla Glass is used here, but deplores against a very messy and fingerprints quite showy. Traces fade in part when the screen brightness is at maximum, fortunately.

APN disappointing once again
While we were quite disappointed with the camera's Lumia 620, HTC 8S can do better? Well, not really. Catches in low light with flash on them are quite poor, lighting is unnatural and hard grain. In practice, the device shows no sign of weakness and the Windows Phone interface remains fluid at all times. Difficult to find fault and configuration in this range, it will be hard to find better. The difference is somewhere else.
