In my opinion, do not waste crores of rupees in making telugu movies. Dub all regional movies into telugu for minimum guarantee.

Probably many Telugu people too do not have any respectable opinion about Telugu films. Film industry should be ashamed of it. People other film industries seem to be absolutely positive that they can just dub any language film into Telugu and it will at least be a minimum guarantee film.
The so-called top stars of Telugu film industry should be ashamed of the fact that none of their films dubbed into any other language get even a decent opening at the box office. Whereas some unknown guy from Tamil Nadu can expect to have his film dubbed into Telugu and become a big hit.
The producers of the movie Style could not dub their movie into Tamil even after so many days even though Chiranjeevi and Nagarjuna appeared in guest roles in the movie. This itself should be an eye opener to the value and/or respect that these heroes command in Tamil film industry and Tamil Nadu. Some Tamil films are dubbed into Telugu though only the heroine and/or hero are known outside Tamil Nadu.
Telugu people give enormous respect to films of any language other than Telugu. People of other languages give first respect to films made in their language.
Hope a day comes when the dubbed films are a rare happening.
