If the IT officials are fairly acting on their duty we should welcome their move of arresting defaulters. However, it seems to me that people in power (however small they are, for example TTE) are misusing their power to get bribes. They start this by harrassment and slowly go upto arrest if you don't comply their demands. Pay exponential charges are pay bribe. Select one otherwise you are in trouble.
