The candidate will be responsible for
* Marketing, recruitment, and placement of IT consultants with end clients,vendors.
* Networking with consultants and developing pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
* Market the Candidates who are on bench, and source the Candidates from job boards like Dice, Monster etc
* Willing to sponsor qualified candidates
* Duties also include marketing, developing new clients, coordinating interviews, follow ups, rate negotiations, building consultant & client relation.
* Sales focused job to achieve closures by targeted cold calling, generate leads and manage account and generate revenues.
Desired Experience
- Must be a Team Player
- At least 1 year minimum experience in staffing industry / Any Industry
- Strong networking and sourcing skills.
- General understating of IT skills.
- Ability to achieve set goals and deadlines
- Interviewing, matching candidates with clients* requirements and ultimately recruiting candidates
