Ever since Telangana issue separation issue raised, Land prices in Madanapalle are rocking up as its beautiful town (also called Andhra Ooty). Its just 2 hrs driving distance to Bangalore Airport and Tirupathi.Just 9 Km from Madanapalli,2 Km from By pass road, 100 meters from main road.
Now a days, even in interior villages the land prices is not less than 6 lakhs.
The owner is selling this land for 5 Lakh per Acre because of emergency. If I am not able to sell this now... wont sell it for not less than 7-8 Lakh per acre.
