Day 2 Auckland-Waitomo-Rotorua: Breakfast at hotel, Full Day Tour to Waitomo and Rotorua by luxury Coach with entertaining commentary. Tour attractions include a guided tour and boat ride through the famed and mystical Waitomo Glow worm Caves. Arrival at Rotorua, the heartland of New Zealand, nature''s spa of the South Pacific, host to some of the world''s most incredible earth forces. Evening at leisure and exploring Rotorua. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 3 Rotorua Thermal Experience & Spa-Christchurch (by flight-not included in the tour cost.: After breakfast take a half day sightseeing tour of Te Whakarewarewa Thermal Reserve, Geysers, boiling mud pools, hot springs and exploding geysers, including lively geysers which erupts daily up to 100 feet! Maori Arts and Crafts Institute guided tour - see Maori carving and weaving demonstrations, Rainbow Springs Nature Park, Agrodome Sheep Show - an entertaining experience, giving an insight into New Zealand''s industry and lifestyle. Transfer to airport to board flight to Christchurch. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 4 Transalpine Express to Greymouth-Franz Josef: Breakfast at hotel. You will be transferred to train station for boarding Tranzalpine Express to Greymouth. Arrive Greymouth; take Intercity coach at 13.30 hrs to Franz Josef. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 5 Franz Josef-Wanaka-Queenstown: After breakfast depart for Queenstown via Wanaka. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 6 Queenstown: Breakfast at hotel. Free day at leisure. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 7 Queenstown sightseeing tour: Breakfast at hotel. Proceed for Queenstown sightseeing tour covering Queenstown, Kawarau Bungee Bridge, Gibbston Winery, and Arrowtown Historic Gold Mining Village. Afternoon free day at leisure. Overnight stay at hotel.
