Please find below the list of required documents to process home loan application for NON NRIs
• Pay slips for the last 6 months and appointment letter copy
• Bank statement for last 6 months where salary is being credited
• Details of Loans on your name in India and abroad
• NRE or NRO account details and statement for last 6 months
• Valid Passport and VISA with all pages for both the applicants
• Latest Residence address proof overseas
• Credit Report with score from Experian/Equifax/Transunion
• General Power of Attorney in India (Must be your Blood Relative)
• Company HR mail ID & your official mail ID
• Latest Color Photographs of yourself and your spouse.
• Form W 2 for the l ast 3 years.
• Social Security Card copy
• GPA ID proof, Photograph & address proof
• Processing fee cheque 0.5515% of the loan amount
