what u said appears to be true. This budget will be there up to one year. It seems elections do take place in sept.to dec.2008. They(congress) may get gigantic problem due to the popular budget,but once they win the elections, they can conveniently forget everything what they promissed. Up to 5 long years ,they can increase all kinds of taxes,prices ofallgoods& commodities. they can proudly boost themselves that the people had given them the mandate to do whatever they want.They did in the past like that, they will do it in the future also.
