AN APPEAL TO CPI XX CONGRESS
Dear Comrades,
We address you our salutations for unswervingly carrying forward the legacy of valor and sacrifices in the vanguard of working class struggles and people’s movements and serving as an amplifier of the sigh of the oppressed. We bow our heads in reverence to all the delegates attending the 20th national congress at Hyderabad that witnessed the heroic struggles spearheaded by stalwarts of the Communist movement like Ravi Narayana reddy, Baddam Yellareddy, BN Reddy, RajBahadur Goud and Maqdoom Mohiuddin to shake yoke of feudal oppression off the neck of peasants of Telangana.
The fond memories of Telangana armed struggle which are still fresh and green in the unending stream of folk songs that reverberates the Telangana countryside are a perennial source of inspiration for the young generation in its fight against all manner of injustice. We wish you continue the good tradition of fight and sacrifices while addressing the genuine concerns and aspirations of three and half a crore people of Telangana, who long for liberation from internal colonization, economic-plunder, social and cultural discrimination, political suppression and insults. We urge upon the delegates of the congress to pay sympathetic attention to Telangana that continues to be an impregnable fortress of the Communist movement.
You are aware that Telangana is a separate ethnic and cultural entity as distinct from Andhra region. In the light of the scientific findings of Morgan, whom Frederick Engels and JV Stalin extensively quoted in their works on the question of nationalities, Telangana is a separate nationality since it has nothing in common with Andhra- be it geophysical conditions, climate, economy, culture, social complexion, beliefs including superstitions, crops, food, the manner of cooking, gods, goddesses and festivals. We hope you all agree with us that there is no common psychological make-up between the people of the two regions despite fifty years of fusion. This can be gauged from the fact that the feature films, a monopoly of a single social section of coastal Andhra, brazenly heaps insults on the language, accent and culture of Telangana with impunity. The only commonality is the language that divided nations and states in India and the manner in which the language is spoken has become the bone of contention now.
Any exercise to explain and overemphasize the manner of exploitation of Telangana resources and deprivation of its people, is not only redundant and self-inflicting insult on our part, but also undermining your wisdom and analysis. All the river waters, mineral resources, forest wealth, the land, the jobs are cornered by Andhras by manipulating the state power that symbolizes internal colonization.
The colonization, though internal, is very deep and extensive and all the business enterprises, the hotels, the hospitals, the companies, the media to name a few areas, are under the octopus hold of Andhra tycoons. During the last fifty years, only three from Telangana could become Chief Ministers and none of them was allowed to serve for more than a year. All the agreements including the Gentlemen’s agreement, all the formulae including the six point formula, all the rules including the Presidential Order, all the rules including Mulki rules, all the Government Orders including GO 610 and all the recommendations of successive legislative committees are violated day in and day out by the Andhra dominated bureaucracy. The people of Telangana are relegated into subjects and second rate citizens in their native home and now are mere hewers of woods and drawers of waters.
We make an earnest appeal to you to ponder over the issues we raised here. We are sure that your honest decision will be geographical surgery by investing Telangana with self rule and regional democracy in the form of separate state. We fervently hope and trust you adopt a resolution at the Hyderabad congress for creation of Telangana state in fulfillment of the long cherished democratic aspirations of its people.

The word Sacrifice itself is wrong , because TRS leaders resigned as part of a political strategy and the strategy seems to be working, at leaste as of date. It has triggered a scare in Congress seniors and almost all the Telengana TDP leaders that TRS will appropriate all the credit and they will be left behind, hence all the heightened activity in recent days. No one can deny that there is sentiment for Telengana , like every Rayalaseema native will have for his region. Is the sentiment strong enough to create a separate state across the length and breadth of Telengana is debatable. Let us face the fact , If it were to be so strong enough life would have become impossible for most of the Congress leaders of Telengana and CPM leaders.
The tragedy has always been the hard fact that Telengana issue has been used , rather abused by Shameless , out of office politicians over the years, including Chenna reddy and now KCR. See the dramas being enacted by Venkata swamy for not getting an audience with Sonia or that great mumbler MSR or for that matter the super egoist KCR who can’t carry on with any leader or for that matter Devender goud , who is always on Hameltian dilemma. To do or not to do.
If Telengana is going to come it will come out of the hearts of the simple souled lover of Telengana who lives in the hinterland not out of dirty minds of soulless politicians, sitting in Hyderabad.

why u people doesn't condemn the violence created after Paritala Ravi murder. Only one day more than 110 busses were torched. what about riots in Vijaywada after Ranga's death. Dont shed crocdile tears here.
We know statement given by andhra leaders in 1952
u people called for live burning of tamilians even more than 20 tamilians were killed brutally.
what about in 1972 Jai andhra movement, it was started againist the supremecourt order and in day braod light two telangana employees were torched to live death.
