Thanks for reading folks. Now, I want to share the reason that prompted me to write this article. I went to a small party couple of weeks back. Met two women one working and second not working both married and highly qualified. The lady who is working was telling me that life is becoming extermely miserable handling young kids and working, she thinks that she is doing a terrible injustice to her little kids. But she cannot quit at this point for financial and social reasons. Financial reason obviously being loans(Well, this is a personal choice, thanks to lumpsum amounts we are getting now-a-days) and social being she will be looked down by the society. Strange but that is true. Second lady, was extremely quiet not mixing up. I approached her and tried to know what makes her so uncomfortable. Per my understanding, she is very disappointed, desparate and feels like a useless person because she cannot work like many others do as her family does not want her to work and also she is facing a visa issue. She thinks she should contriute to the family financially, whatever she is doing as wife and mother is nothing. Now, at that point I thought women should get to choose their way. Weather to work or not to depending on the given situation. She should get the moral support from both family and society. sVAlambanaki abhivRuddhiki nEnu vOTu vEstAnu all I am saying is 'WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO MAKE A HEALTHY CHOICE' without feeling degraded or deprived of anything. Also we should be able to gain a good balance... like Sita garu said WORK/LIFE balance.

But now-a-days, because of so many electronic utilities, cooking and cleaning takes not more than couple of hours. As you know, empty mind is devil's workshop. Sitting at home, many women, starts thinking about everyone and everything and become devils to friends and family. Which is not again healthy. There should be a balance. Work and Live. We should be self-aware. We should cultivate Self-realization and have a balance life. We should be aware of, what can be done in 24 hours that are given to us in a day, to be happy at home and work. We should realize our potential and use it for good of family and work. Neither underestimate ourselves or over estimate. This should help us to be productive and at the same time to balance our lives , so that we can keep peace and happy at both work and family life.
