| Hi Prakash,
I faced exactly similar situation few years back. Root cause of my situation was lack of worthwhile goal to acheive and work for. When I was studying I had a goal of completing my engg. When I finished engg I had a goal of getting a job. After getting a job I had a goal of cmg to US. After that life has become empty until I found a business to work on and goals to acheive. So find out what you really want to do with your life(getting another degree won't solve...beleive me) and work at it seriously.
