Problem is something and solutinis something else. This is what happened in the past and is going to happen the same thing with CHIRU or JP.
We have come to a stage to collect small amount of domistic waste. This waste by trucks just dumped by the road side and railway tracks where people living in unhyigienic conditions grow green leaves and salads.
