| Hi Bhaskar happy to see such comments. What you said is true. But Cast is the card played by our leaders for their selfish means.
But we indians are smart enough, if not caste we will bring regionalism/ language or anything...to form a group and play politics. Hope all indians will have enough work in future and will have very less time on useless politics. Politics i mean its the way of normal indian mind. Even in my team however small it is ppl try to outsmart others, try to show up more by doing less by forming groups statewise and caste/ religion wise. In this trend even our company has to fire off some ppl I am sure our managers will try to protect their state/ region or caste candidates.
So Indians should change, every body should respect others and others effort on a whole respect fellow human beings.
First time because of this article i came to know (my social awareness is very less, but i dream for equality in social and quality of life every body)that Ambedkar has tried for casteless system.
Thansk vinod keep it up and keep posting.

Some Qtns:
1. Can you explain the meaning of caste.
2. Reason for caste system
3. Advantages of caste system/Disadvantages of caste system
4. Tell me one reason why INDIA is the ONLY country worried about caste caste catse, when so many people are dying of starvation/terrorism/any other cause.
5. Why USA/USSR/Great Briton wont give riservations based on Caste.
6. why only India does it.(Reservation based on caste).
Sir, There are so many people in the lower and Upper casts who are very very poor.
So, the reservaton should be on economic basis and education/talent basis but not on Caste basis.
( I am a MADIGA by catse and I never expected to recieve any help from the Govt.-except the FREE books and Hostel facility in the insitutes. I became a SOftware employee with my own merit. I am equally treated among all the so-called high caste people. They never mis-treated me, and wont even think of it)
So, why are you making people confused with CASTE system again. ( may be its possible in POLITICAL end, but as a general reader I expect MUCH MUCH better articles from this site)
Tell me original meaning of 'SAAMAAJIKA Nyaayam'. ( There are many Maala, Maadiga, Muslim, Mangali etc back-ward catse people in every industry- software/political/business etc)
I request you sir, Kindly write some articles which will empower the so-called lower calss/higher clas people mentally/physically. So that they think they are Indians and they are ONE and more over they are Humans but NOT the Caste people.
Unitity is our strength.
