| I forgot some important pionts in this regard. normaly south korean government reimburses all the
expenditure that the company spends on a candidate for first six months of employee stay in korea.
This is the biggest advantage for companies. Company gets good man power free of cost for first six months.
Some korean companies which started recently or which does not have funds, go for recuruiting foreign people.
