I read through yr article with awe but there's something i wud like to share too.
Ravi doing things in a great when u r at the right place is normal BUT doing equally better at the wrong place is unusual.Struggle makes a person more successful than he can ever have been........

i apprecaite the article but just to see other end of the coin it should be bit diff for mankind.
i mean why can't todays graduates from engg colleges are self confident to do things on their own than joining into someone else's company. i really pity the computer science graduates of india, not even 2% them doing ventures. while agreee that there are hindrances like money, access to info.. etc.. but we must rise above the todays challenges

Excellent, your illustration to realise the need for right place to explore one's abilities.
And some times it is very pity to hear like keeper of the Zoo despite knowing every thing about its place for animal to live, he make it caged for the sake of entertainment of other species like man.
Like there are people despite knowing the abilities of the people with them, keeping with them, making them caged; some times with a fear that he/she may become more prominent than him/her.
Excellent your kind of explaining things. Keep it up.
