The Thing Here Is You Shouldn't Wait For Somebody To Recognize You. You Keep On Doing Your Good Work And The Recognition Will Be On It's Way.
On The Part Of Giving Equal Importance To Women/Wife., Yes, They Should Be Given Equal Importance. Take And Listen To Their Ideas. It's Not That Men's Brain Work To A Max Extent All The Time. You Get Lower Rates For Your Car Insurance If You Are Married. Why ? It's Because Somebody Sitting Beside You Is Watching. Sometimes Women Do Lack Of Co-operation And Encouragement. This Truly Needs To Be Supported By Men. My Policy Is Put Her To Work Or Business. Even If It's A Loss I Don't Care Because She Will Get Atleast Some Experience And Next Time She Will Prevail. After All Not Every Men Are Successful In Their Career On Their Very First Assignment. Women Do Need Put Lots Of Confidence In Themselves And Strive To Work Or Even If They Are Housewive's, They Sure Do Have A Role To Play In One Or The Other Way.

what is the reason for nuclearisation of family...i feel the only reason fot it is gals having overfreedom...
every body listen to them rather to guys even he is saying truth..antha endhukkaneii i saw many families happily up to marriage but when new bride comes to house from next day nuclear war starts and results in whole destruction....

I think your conclusion is, Both Husband and Wife should adhere to the traditional Indian values with a modern outlook and maintain a solid and lovable relationship. In your view, women should lay low(not degrading but maintaining strategic calmness) and bring change in their partner's attitude with care,love,concern and patience.
