| If a begger improves himself and puts on new clothes then he won't be earning any more money. For a begger torn clothes are his uniform. Would you give money who looks decent and begs for money ?
It is on the individuals mind what they mean by begging. A person goes to begging in desperate mood. A person doesn't beg for comforts. He improves his life by hardwork and so called productivity. A begger doesn't have any productivity inturn of begging for money.
Remember nothing comes for free. Hardwork is ultimate for any results.
