What happened to the talks? I feel Govt. should be more responsible and create confidence in them. Whatever be the reasons, Govt. is not expected to act in a Tit for Tat way.
Those are mis-guided youth and the children of the misgovernance. So govt. should be sympathetic and take concrete measures in letting them shun the weapons and come into the active life.
Whether it can happen or not, only God knows. But no govt. is sincere and honest, to bring a solution to this problem.
