FYI If you join Microsoft, you will be more frustrated. One of my friends quit Getronics and joined Microsoft in Redmond and couldn't handle the pressure. He quit within 3 months.

After I graduated from Engg college in 1992, I worked in India for 2 years in Suri Computers/Sita Electronics Tarnaka(Now it is closed). After that I came to US and from the past 9+ years I have been working for the same company(Getronics). Working for the same company sometimes is good as I don't have to prove my talent over and over and since I'm in a Senior position I can walk in and walk out whenever I please and the best part is I mastered American Banking system. My wife once in a while jokes that I'm like *ekkada vesina gongali akkade* :)
