Yes if you travel in business class or first class even if you dont want flight attendent will ask you ' ma'am or sir do you want something' it is so good cant even compare to economy class. Once I flew from Taiwan to chennai by singapore airlines first class it was very nice experience. similarly when i flew from paris to kuwait it was long journey when I asked tea they gave me after delaying a lot, since they consider business and first class people more, but I cant fly frequently by first class. When I flew from KLM malaysia to chennai, they served fish instead veg food I couldnt touch it,
and also all peoples jumping to take their baggage as if they travelled in bus and kept their baggage on the path not able to move others front, i felt like I am travelling some town bus in southern districts of TN, samething happened to me from osaka to lankavi also.
I always prefer first class but mostly travel in economy, very recently when i flew from chennai to frankfurt they delayed nearly 20 to 25 minutes.
Its all every one has to come across while they travel, take it as a fun!!!!

All 6 times so far, I travelled on Lufthansa. When it comes to AI, I've heard the opposite of what you experienced.
At one point, my appartment complex had 20-25 families from TCS/Satyam working for GE and they always had good things to say about AI, except for the stop over at London. Usually staff will be on rotation and unfortunately you had to deal with the bad ones.

Its alldepends of the passengers. If all behaves properly the AI staff will be good to every one. Most of the Indians treat AI staff as their slaves, same people behave properly when thet see other air lines staff cause they are not Indians.
So we should repect our people fist

Travelling once in a year will not have much choice.
Maybe AI did not supply adequate liquor. Consuming too much alcohol is not a healthy sign. Some peopke sleep during transit due to overdose.
AI supplies both red and white wine Burgundy. They have sky shop.
Frequent travellers don't mind such things. They know their business.

I agree with you Mr. Ratna.. i felt the same like you when i had travel through AirIndia few months back.I was bit aggressive on that and When i was going to complin about couple of issues..Unfortunately i have got a chance to talk with the superwiser/AirHostes.
She says some interesting things that, she has working for somany years..and one IMp thing that she compinnt is about passengers..most of the times passengers are rude or feel like they(air staff) are servants..which they(airIndia staff) feel bad often. And they(passenger) dont understand or some times they(passengers) dont listen.
Well its both understanding and behaviour to server with the airlines.
I see that most of the passengers donesnt know how to use toilets and so many things.. so air india should teach them in the waiting time( i know we wait hours and hours in airport)
dude..so many things like this dude..but 80% i agree with you that airindia was the worst airline i ever travelled.
BUT STILL I LOVE MY INDIA 100%.and I AM PROUD OF being AN INDIAN.

AIR India is better compared to any other Airways. They respect Indians than any other airlines staff. If you happen to travel by Business Class or Club Class they offer more benifits. More over service people are not frequent flyers. One time experience does not represent the services quality by AI.
Famous airlines like KLM do neglect the passengers. They don't care if someone is ill or sick or it's emergency.
Sometimes it is the staff who neglect the duties not the airways as a whole.
People do abuse safety equipment and it's common. Even after repeated requests passengers do neglect and do not fasten their seat belts upon seating.
Passengers do get up from the seats while the flight is still on it's taxi way. Its almost in every flight we will observe this problem. Some times seats are occupied by other persons.
