| Nice article Swapna. There might be some men out there who might cry once in a while. It all depends on the person. But whatever you said was true. When a person is tensed, lot of nerves are under pressure and that's when adrenal glands secret lot of 'cortisol' aka 'Stress Hormone'. Excess amounts of this hormone in the body results in metabolic disturbances and when body's metabolism is messed up, body fat is accumulated. I'm a new user on this portal, found it very interesting. and should you not laugh if i say, I'm a non Telugu fellow who can understand but can't speak or read in telugu. basically i'm from delhi and working here in Kadapa for over 03 years.

But I'm sorry ma'm i think you don't understand the psychology of Men. just like fingers, not all the men are same. And please, don't comment that man doesn't have heart or emotions or feelings, they do have but they're built strong enough by mother nature to balance eitherways. I can bet that men are much better than girls :) .

well, be it the plane jane or the modern ad gal, doesnt matter, but the inner feelings of the gal are the same in either cases, rite? and both react the same way. maybe the situations or the shlder they lean onto to put out their pains, differ. wat say?

nicely you have captured the nature of a girl. But, are these feelings, sensibilities still exist in all girls in this modern era? where the Mod, fad dressing takes place the traditional dressing n where girls want to prove their equality with men, by just entering into the man's shoes than trying to be with their own unique, virtuous qualities... However, I do agree with ur opinion that due to their outspokenness or the openness, girls are not only less prone to Heart attacks, but also may reduce the cases in men, by their soohing service
