One question bothers me in India every car ownwer enagges a driver rather than driving self. Any car is run max 30000 km in a duration of five years.
In India accidents are less but death toll rate is high; One accident may have 80 deaths incase of bus accident. Incase of other countries atleast 60 to 70 accidents for death of 80 .
Better comapre with China in all aspects like no of vehicles, roads condition, traffic control measures and signal automation and synchronization.
