I have seen your other article 'I met somebody'. I think, that someone will wipe your tears when ever you get them.
I guess you will not get tears anymore because of that someone.
CheerzZ.

If your theory was not appreciated by others doesn't mean you are wrong; It takes time to digest if not today hopefully tomorrow;
All the best.

Posted by: Venkat At: 26, Jul 2004 3:17:58 AM IST Swapna,
I do know that you can research a lot of things to update yourself. I dont mean that I should tell you why tears are salty. As a matter of fact I too dont know why the tears are salty until I found the below mentioned content on a online encyclopedia. Indeed you should feel proud that just because of your article many people knows why the tears are salty.
The reason why I posted the comment explaining the why tears are salty, if you can check the first comment made by Mr. Madhu kumar Nemalikanti, I thought to know the actual reason behind that and let people know the fact. Nothing more than that.
'Never Assume - Know the Facts' is my policy.
I never thought of letting you feel that you are incomplete about something.
Anyway 'SRY' if you feel that I am wrong with anything.
Kudos..!
Posted by: Mr. Cupid Cuddlesome At: 26, Jul 2004 2:02:28 AM IST Basically, tears are salty because people are salty! That might sound like a silly answer, but it is the true answer. All cells in the body have a certain amount of salt in them (called osmolarity). The liquids surrounding the cell have the same amount of salt (called isotonic). If the liquid had more salt, water would rush out of the cells the cell would shrivel up. If the liquid had less salt, like pure water, the water would rush into the cell and the cell would pop. So you see, it is imporant that body fluids have just the right amount of salt, including tears!
