This article conecrns about ' Appreciation ' and mentions that ' bad singer ' very unusual; Why someone sings or hums:
1. To release stress
2. To show happiness
3. Memorizinf the intrests
4. Likes it's meaning .........
If someone is singing means it's not to plz everyone on earth.
A professional singer singer no0 need appreciation only monetory benefit; If you go on appreciating he / she will feel pity about you;
When you do a good job to your satisfaction it's enough; You will appraise selfin the first place; That's what most of the companies call self appraisal form to review the performance which will be reviwed by the concern boss.
Appreciation or patting the back is needed but some people do not appreciate the fact if they were appreciated by the people whom they do not appreciate.
