Question yourself which hotel using tender meat except the frozen one.
The menu which confuses you are the continental dishes but not the grade of the hotel.Moreover the west has a common dish without much changes. Their main item:
1. Land food Ex: Beef
2. Sea food
Side dish some salad

This is killing...
I always get into trouble choosing the menu and things at these big hotels - too confusing with weird names. We have to choose something even without knowing about it :-)
