Basically speaking that Bihar a state where you can find Mental, Political, Physical all kinds of problem. Either it has Presidential rule or the CMs rule.

Bihar situation it's too early to certify the decision made to go for president rule is wiser or foolish. If president rule gives an ideal siciety why not for the other states and for the nation. President rule is not an induction for the governament. This is what people misguided by their opinion. If you list the findings:
1. No one has the absolute majority.
2. No one can form the govt. without alliance.
3. There is no guarantee that you can form a govt. with alliance agrred during campaign.
Analysis part is that poer is diluted and distributed.
There is no harm to farm united govt by equal oppertunity for evry one in the society. Also time to modify our constitution regarding elections and formation govt that is suitable for the existing situations.
