Mr. Anand,
I read your article/comment on 'Assembly and oppositon'. Why did you only single out the oppostion party? Does your writings mean the ruling party is behaving very responsibly?
I will cite one instance. whenever TDP(opposition party) brings up any wrongdoing, then immediately the ruling party MLAs, ministers instead of discussing on the issue or how to correct it, they blame the things on TDP because TDP ruled the state for 9 long years. Don't you think that is very very irresponsible behavior ? If you say that is correct behavior by ruling party, then TDP can also say that congress ruled AP for 40 or more number of years with a dozen or more chief ministers and created the mess of the state/country.
How can TDP or any other political party keep quiet when Ruling party Thugs are killing TDP political activists with help of corrupt/criminal policemen? They need to create ruckus in assembly. even then the Chief minister keeps laughing/smiling.
So i think both the ruling and opposition parties are responsible for the bad behavior in assembly. Political parties(both opposition and ruling parties) need to change and think in terms of issues, debate them and discuss or vote and move forward for the good of the people. then only the standards will increase in politics.
