no doubt article is funny! but let me tell you one thing and that is there are people staying from differents parts of the world in UK not mere british... hence those letters sent to council are by different people.. u shud see and listen when the real britisher speaks english they speak with proper grammer and in a beautifuul way!
before we comment on others or people belonging to other countries lets see our own back. what we are today we have borrowed by other country people right from english to the way we live.. everything is westernised..
