I would call them as dogs if they do all these things intentionally.
This is nothing but slave mentality. People who believe in themselves, in their own country, family and faith, behave as they are wherever they go. They don't imitate others.
Most of the Telugus in USA talk in fluent Telugu - they are proud of their language, country, culture and most importantly, themselves. People who does not talk in Telugu when they meet other Telugu, is just a piece of s**t.
Recently I went to Las Vegas and saw huge hotels themed after Egypt, Paris, NYC, etc. etc. My dream is to see one such hotel with India especially Telugu theme. I am sure Telugus are capable of doing that.
