I find chain reaction in events, but not in the nuclear weapons.

When ever a missile was launched whole world gets the information. As you said patriotic missiles are much powerful than the missiles because of updated technology unless corrupted by virus. More over third world gets the outdated technology from the first world even for which, lot of competetion and hungama.
