| How heavy is a glass of watre? It depends on how long you measure it & the type of instrument used to measure.

Strees will develop whenever a material or human body under goes certain operations.
When we carry out welding operations to a vessel structure stress will be developed and it will be released by heat treatment.
Similarly, humanbody can develop stress and can be released. This is due to the stress caused to brain by eyes. Eyes are exposed part of brain. Most of them do meditation (closing eyes ).
1. Reduce illumination levels of video monitor.
2. Working long hours on cheaper monitors increses the level risk.
3. Working at night causes more risk than dat hours. Keep surrounding illumination at equal level rather than watching mon itor like home theater.
4. Consult optics to prevent glare and to use good lenses / cover glasses.
All the above are physical measures to prevent stress.
