`To get more tastier &crispy dosas sprinkle 1tsp
Soaked(1 hour enough)yellow split mung dal on dosa
(after spread). Flip dosa to roast the other side,
for ½ minute,you get fine crispy taste than normal one(the yellow gram will be fried &give crispyness)!!Try it& mail me the result.
