Most of us know that our beloved President of India
loves to quote from Geeta.
Three different chapters of Geeta define the following :
2nd Chapter - Saamkhya Yoga - Here, a 'sthitaprajna' has been defined (2.55 to 72)
12th Chapter - Bhakti Yoga - Here, 'a true devotee's qulaities have been given (12.13 to 19)
13th Chapter - kshetra-kshetrjna vibhaaga Yoga -
Here, a jnaani' qualities have been vividly explained. (13.8 to 12)
I have heard from many learned persons that the modern management principles too are prescribing these qualities for managers to be successful.
