| Nice explanation Mr. Madhu, but it seems you are looking at it in some angle. It doesn't mean that you are going to desert from a well maintained zoo. If you feel that you have good (saleable) skills and those are not used by the existing zoo.., then better to switch over from this zoo, wehre your skills are not utilizing effectively, to the one where it can be utilized in better way with good benefits.

If you know swimming that doesn't mean you swim daily to cross the channel instead of a boat.
Men need various skills! One of the best skill is to know his capacity and to use right skill at right place.
Even though you had gain main skills and the company doesn't need any of your existing skills means that you are definetly lacjing some skills which the company expected and yourself a big hindrance to pick tjose skills.
I am sure any top Brass join a company he not only contributes but laso learns something from that org.
As long as dollors go on accumlating the camel feels ZOO when the dollors disappear the environment switches to desert and the camel will start grabbing food and neglects her body parts .
