Good theme Sowmya.
The following story is related to authorsden.com.
Actually someone, a gentleman (who do not frequent this site), published poet, translated his telugu poems to english and compelled me to post comments on his poems.
After few days, out of obligation, I read all his poems and posted my frank feedback. To my surprise, I got a mail from him asking me to delete those comments :))
It is not good to ask feedback based on one session. But when we are going to give a demo which decides our job in particular organization, shouldn't we be careful enough to present it well? What is the use of knowledge or experience if someone cannot understand the subject and follow the teaching?
Coming to the second point, it is not a good idea to ask people to mention the names while giving the feedback. Even if it is so, the feedback forms shouldn't be handed over to the particular person on whom the feedback is sought.
