Out of all 'Accept responsibility' is key feature in recognising Leadership qualities in oneself.The Ability to respond to every moment in all situations make one a LEADER and make others to follow him/her.The difference between a Leader and Follower is in RECOGNITION OF LEADERSHIP QUALITIES Which are not owned by anyone.
