yes, the boss is always intelligent
most of the times, guys think that they are smarter than their bosses, they think so - but bosses know this and they won't express it out.
only in less than 1% of the cases, the bosses are less intelligent
so, don't underestimate your boss again!!! talk to him/her frankly and express your concerns freely, they will definitely listen to you and make sure that you are happy, if you are sincere and genuine.
