| When you Reserve 27% for BCs, you select 27 candidates among the 100 from those who got 100%, 99%,98%, 97%, 96%,95% like that and close the list when you fill 27 candidates. Similarly go to the list of Forward Caste candidates and now sit for selecting the merit ones who got 100%, 99%, 98%, 97%, 96%, 95% and down to the point when the list equalises with the BC list where the candidates are selected on merit-marks. Let us now think that the list stops at 60% where the FC-BC tallies with each other. Still there are seats unreserved. Now the competition raises among the balance of the candidates and it is left for the TP.com readers here to guess and come to the platform for the balance of the discussion over this subject.
