| As per Oxford university in a word if you keep the first and last letter intact and jumble other letters, even then you can read the words fast.
This may be known as Typoglycemia, I feel.

Typoglycemia is the lighthearted name given to a purported recent discovery about the cognitive processes behind reading written text.
The name makes little sense as glycemia is the concentration of glucose in the blood.

as far as i know glycemia s something related with glucose levels as per our medical terminology.
