Dear VinodKumar garu, I am delighted to see your message being a native of your constitution. I do agree with your views on small states. How ever the bottom line is development of the Telangana. Telangana is neglected because of the political leaders hailing from the telangana are not committed for the development of Telangana. If the leaders are really committed for the devvelopemnt of people, they can do it even with out Telangana state. We had P.M for 5 yars who is from telangana, But what he has done for the development of Telangana, I can say nothing. Infact Ajam Jahi mill in warangal was closed when he(PV Rao) was in power. Take the case of former Prime MInister Devegouda, he really did some thing significant to Karnataka. Our current Chief Ministed YSR is focussing on Cuddapa, It is well known fact that he is showing partiality on Rayalasima. In fact I personally feel he is doing correct towards Rayalsima which is equally undeveloped in comparision with Telangana. Why our telangana political leaders were unable to do the same? We had CMs, PM and many cabinet ministers from telangana, why don't focus for the development of our own Region.. Fine, if we get Telangana, that is well and good. But at the same time we should not ignore our Region, stating that we will develop Telangana after formation of the state. We are already backward, let us not push further back on the name of Telangana state movement. Both fight for Telangana and Development should go paralally. regards Raghu

Every political rogue in our country knows extremely well that the creation of smaller states is the only solution for the most rapid develeopement of the country. Therefore the state of A.P. can be divided into three states Andhra, Telengana, Raayalaseema. No need to appoint Governors with huge salaries, staff, contingent expenses etc. They can appoint the State Administrators, Chief Secretaries, other men as the represen6tatives of the people. The designation of the MLA should be abolished and re-written as the People's Representative for State Legislature (PRSL)and similarly MP designation can be re=written as the People' Representative for Central Parliament. Once they become MLA/MP they think big and start misbehave with the people who elected them to the respective legislative assembly and parliament constituency. Their salaries and perks should be minimum to the remunaration of the local collector etc. Even the p[osts of the Collectors should be abolished. There must be no nominations to any state/central govt post and all must come through the reepectivre state and central Public Service Commission only after passing the required examination. Reservations for employment in the state and central should be scrapped and only the merit should be taken into account. All castes/communities are made eligible for the posts of Archakas in the Hindu temples all over the country. There is a need to prescribe syllabus and a school to run for the award of degrees for the posts of Archakas in the temples all over. The elected People's Representatives for the state's Legislative Assembly (PRLA)can be made incharge of the administration of the temples and charitable institutions. All castes/communities must compulsorily represent as Archakas in the TTD Sri Venkateswaraswamy Temple in Tirumala. There must not be any kind of objection to this proposal and in case the present Vaishnavite Archakas object to this, they must be caught and punished with jail term under a suitable legislation. Bhagawan Balaji belongs to all - All are equal in front of Bhagawan Balaji and no single caste/community should dominate the performances of poojas etc. Sanskrit language must be abolished for conducting the archakas duties and must be replaced with the local languages of the state in which the temple is situated. All rivers and lakes and ponds passing through the borders of each should be made the subject of the Central Govt. and no state govt will have the right to decide anything over them. Railways, Posts, Telecommunications, Defence, Foreign Affairs, Ports, International Relations, Currency etc etc should be in the hands of the Central Govt only. There must be State High Courts established in the most prominent city in each state, not necessarily in the state capital only. There must be five Supreme Courts in the country (taking into the account of the present cases pending in millions in all the state high courts and supreme court. There must be a seperate Supreme Court exclusively to function to deal with the cases between one state and another state, one state govt & central govt. No Union Territories anywhere in the country and the present cities enjoying the status of U T should be merged with the state in which it is llocated (e.g. Yanam with A.P., Mahe with Kerala, Karaikal with Tamilnadu, Diu, Daman with Gujarat etc. Hindi language must be made compulsory for all the citizens of the country. If anyone donot know the Hindi language to write, read, speak he must be made unfit to vote for in the elections of the state & central govts. All communications between one state and another state and one state and central govt must be only in Hindi and no English translation made available. Certain employments like Banking must be made available for only to those who have done banking in their studies earlier or once recruited they must compulsorily pass the exam. Salaries etc paid in the nationalised banks must be equal with the salaries paid to the employees of RBI.
