| Dear Maharshi,
I read some of your articles and noted that many of them are based on outsourcing. That means we to have to give service to some foreigners. First of all tell me, why should we do outsourcing work? Why should we work say for e.g. to America? You may say that they have more money, so we should do some service to them and get some payment. If this is the way to earn money, then why didn’t the Americans or Europeans serve us when India was rich?
There are many drawbacks for outsourcing. The rich countries give the outsourcing work as long as we serve them with low wages. They always try to switch from one country to other in order to source the work cheap. In this way we can not increase our standard of living depending on outsourcing.
The second point is that we can not get respect if we depend on rich countries for work. They dictate terms and look after us as second grade people. They give pressure to the governments to implement flexible labour policies. That means if there is work, they give work and if there is no work, they fire the employees. This tendency creates fear among employees and they suffer from severe pressure symptoms which takes toll on their health. The labourers would be forced to work in unhealthy conditions and for low wages.
Anyway we should congratulate you for your efforts in trying to improve the standards of living of the people.
The standards of living of people mainly depend upon the implementation of good macro economic policies of the governments. People have to pay price for the mismanagement of the politicians and bureaucrats.
Now a days it has become a fashion to the people to blame the politicians. If we were deceived once, then it is our fault. If we are deceived many number of times, then it is our fault only to believe that the politicians would develop our country. So, keeping the fault with us, we are unnecessarily blaming the politicians. We should decide whether it is better to depend on politicians for development or not? We should know what happens if we ignore the politicians. People should search for ways on alternative development plans.
