I agree with you Mr. Balaji. But everyone has their own ambitions and to fulfill them, they need to go else where and work. One cannot oppose anyone. Many have left and are still leaving India for better options, but still a lot of educated and intelligent population is here, so i think, if we can put on real hard work, we can develop our country well. So first, let us contribute our might to the country and then take on the others, who have not been able to give much.

Hello, I agree most of what balaji said is right. They need to contribute something back. Yes they are contributinig back. They are inspiring young people Education can pay (if not in India atleast in America). Nobody wants to spend their hardworked earnings to where there is no hope?.

Balaji garu this quote 'DON'T BE PROUD TO BE AN INDIAN, FEEL PROUD ONLY IF YOU DO SOMETHING TO INDIA' If one can understand this he would contribute to the nation lets start a dairy what one has contributed for the mother land. Right from today and write them in this edition to scroll back and see yes we have done to our mother land. I always appreciate the Japanese people and they r the one who contribute to their mother land let it be technology or to their services.

The prvious comment is not on all NRIs. It applies for people who cant take up their responsibilities. Its bit severe :-) I know.

Hello everybody, Let me support our friend Mr Balaji who has been stromed by many people over here. There were views which expressed the problems in India. Why its difficult to remain in India? what hinders it growth? etc etc. The question Mr Balaji asked was "After your country and your people providing education at subsidised rates, (for the people who have much broader view, "The global view" remember its not some other country that paid for your studies its your country INDIA) what have you given them back? Isn't it your moral responsibility to pay back the people who have helped you to grow?" The question is precise and simple. Answer to this first. The answer expected from a sane mind is "yes". Yes, its your moral responsibility to pay back your nation. True there are difficulties. Its not that easy. But remember, for a strong willed person its not difficult. There are quite a good number of sucess stories in India too. So obviously, people who complaint about the problems in India etc etc are the loosers. ACCEPT IT FIRST. Accept that you are a person who cant take up a challenge and win it. Its certainly a weakness. Its true, one need not be a super human being and suceed in everythign. Therez nothing wrong to be a "weaker human being who cant take up challenge in the right sense". There are millons of such people. If you are one of them dotn worry. "Gumpu lo givindayya". But the real dangerous point hidden in this way of thinking, "covering your weaknesses by pointing the weakness of somebody else or weakness of some other system" is the ESCAPISM. This is wrong. There couldn't be any reason to support this. Look if you cant do anything, accept you are a looser. Accept you are not a responsible person. And if a person who doesn't feel guilty about it, is ...... Therez nothign I can talk. These are completly lost people. Obviously I dont say, you keeping weeping all the time. But certainly who run out of the situation has no right to criticize about anything else. SHAME is what is lacking. I am sorry if I had hurt you. But live in reality. "You can run away but knwo you that you actully ran away from your responsibilities. Take the criticism positively" And if you want to know how you can serve your nation even if you on foreign land... well, its a different topic and I would certainly like to make you know about hte various provisions for NRI people. You dont have to necessarily remain back in India, but dotn forget contributing to your country. Dont give lazy excuses. I am not sorry for being harsh. Its reality. Accept it. Samatha.

Hi Mr.balaji, The Topic u selected is Just good for Debate. If u can visualise the "brain drain", without any passion or prejudice, its just resembles the theory of Survival given by Darwin. ****Darwin's theory of evolutionary selection holds that variation within species occurs randomly and that the survival or extinction of each organism is determined by that organism's ability to adapt to its environment.**** So, Balaji its just a Human tendency.Don't worry India has 100 crore people. If one or few crore people leave, it doesn't make any difference. Don't be too patriotic/seem to be patriotic. Think about ur survival, then our Country survives automatically. Any way, Everyone has their own way of thinking. Good day. God bless u. God bless India. God bless the World.. Labor and scientia, Bhaskar cheri

My Dear Mr. Balaji, one straight Q.. Being in India..what u r doing for country? pl. stop spraying mud on others..

Mr Balaji, The topic you are discussing here is something which has two sides of it,which are equally debated for good and bad.I appreciate that you have done research on this issue and explained your view. But,still brain drain from india is and was never on the -ve side totally. The point you quoted that none of the NRI's are contributing to India is totally wrong. I saw some of the views from our friends that they have moved abroad because of poverty, political rowdism, corruption and soon.I am totally against this logic. We are part and parcel of our soceity and its behaviour. Why isn't there any corruption or anything t hat people stated are there in other developed countries, its not because they are gifted by god but because of their awareness. And Mr.Balaji, tell me how many indians who are in india are working for country's development? Life was always a struggle from the bigining of life and man has always strived to get the easiest way out of it.And only the fittest survived. So Mr.Balaji, man never stopped to search for the easy way to survive, even if the criteria is people,country,morals,ethics,god.........soon This is just my view and angle of seeing life..... siddharth janga
